Kaneisha Hall serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Yvonne's Heart. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and has dedicated the past 10 years to the nonprofit sector, specializing in HR, children’s development, and program management. In her role, Kaneisha is the primary point of contact for client employees, offering support in various areas such as benefits, payroll, employee events, HR policies, and drafting employee correspondence. Her extensive experience in the childcare industry encompasses a range of HR services, including payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, new hire onboarding and orientation, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and compliance. Kaneisha is particularly focused on reinforcing employee engagement and improving HR systems. She brings her expertise and passion for youth to Yvonne's Heart, with the goal of empowering each young woman to lead confidently in every aspect of their lives.
