Eboni Speight is a dedicated community catalyst with over 25 years of experience in transforming lives both in the marketplace and ministry. Her heartfelt commitment to addressing individuals' holistic needs drives her to empower and uplift communities.
From a young age, Eboni was immersed in leadership and teaching. She founded Yvonne's Heart in 2014 to formalize mentorship for young women and men in financial literacy, life skills, and career preparation. In 2015, Eboni, alongside her husband, Willie Speight, established Vision Impact Center, extending their ministry and community outreach to Cape Town, South Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, Pakistan, and India.
Eboni currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at a national organization in Washington, DC. In various senior operational roles, her leadership has provided strategic direction from operational and financial perspectives, fostering a culture of care, fiscal stability, and operational efficiency. With over twenty years of experience, Eboni has excelled in non-profit accounting, financial management, human resource management, compliance, and leadership for organizations such as Way to Win, National Skills Coalition, Public Knowledge, and The Public Interest Network. She specializes in helping mission-driven organizations balance external success with internal sustainability. Eboni holds a certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
Eboni shares a cherished partnership with her husband, Willie Speight, of 24 years and is blessed with two sons, Kalen Joshua and David Elijah.
